Returns and Exchanges
- Every teams that you purchase is custom made especially for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges with the exception of defects, incorrect items and lost orders.
- Sizing information is listed for each item in the listing photos. If you still have questions, please reach out! Return and exchange are not available for wrong sizing or colors so please make sure to select the correct items.
Lost, Wrong or Damage Items
- If you received a items that is incorrect, damaged or was lost in transit, please get in touch so i can take care of it right away for you. When getting in touch about a damaged or wrong items, please include a picture so I can assist you quicker.
- We believe in using the best materials to create our products. Therefore, every design is embroider onto each piece of fabric.
- Any order including incorrect shipping address due to customers' errors will not be refunded after shipping. If the shipping address needs to be changed, please reach out to correct your address before shipment.
Delay In Transit
- We cannot be held responsible for delayed shipping due to carrier issues. Refunds are not provided for delayed orders in transit.
